Maintained by the German Society for Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine, the Referenzinstitut für Bioanalytik has developed a 4D-based solution to manage quality assurance and to manage its web site. Under the authority of directors named by the German Medical Board, RfB creates quality control procedures and performs surveys of laboratory-based diagnostic methods. It also develops reference methodology and materials used by both national and international bodies.
