Since 1981, the Institute of Social Gerontology (I.G.S) has pursued preventative and promotional health action for older adults aged 50 or over, minimizing situations of exclusion for people in the city of Marseille, Bouches du Rhone department and the PACA region of France. Its approach is based on a dynamic of solidarity and collective responsibility. A 4D-based application developed by Drut.net manages information about beneficiaries and all actions. 4D plays a central role in the life of the association, acting as a liaison between the various stakeholders in the structure. Thanks to the statistics generated and activity analysis of doctors and volunteers, the IGS can easily manage the progress of its activities: beneficiary numbers, type of follow-up, detailed analysis of the characteristics of people and the care received, etc.
