The international conference Hotel Ochsen in Enz, in the north of the Black Forest in Germany, features 52 guest rooms and 12 conference rooms, facing many challenges every day. The complex organization of all aspects has to be perfect, as each stay and each event are something special for every guest. With the BANKETTprofi software solution, Hotel Ochsen's team of 50 people organize the ever-increasing number of guests and complexity of events. The 4D-based sollution allows them to achieve their goals with even better quality and more time for their guests. The software, being the 51st team member, optimizes each step in the workflow and supports each employee's individual manner of working.
