Structured products admitted to trading on SIX Swiss Exchange are traded on the Scoach platform, which uses a 4D-based system as its input database for security reference data. Data is entered via the Internet Based Listing system, or manually via a graphical user interface. 4D validates the data to ensure that relevant rules are enforced before forwarding the reference data to the Exchange System. 4D is deployed as a cluster with mirrored storage in two separate data centers for maximum resilience.
