The open-air Ballenberg Museum is the largest outdoor museum in Switzerland. There are no dusty display cases, but nearly 100 residential and farm buildings from all over Switzerland on display. The stately farmhouses, modest day laborers' buildings, the alpine settlements and the stables, barns, wash houses and ovens for drying food illustrate architectural and social history, as a witness of the everyday life and the rural culture of the past. Since 2011, the Ballenberg Museum has been working with NIMBUS, an integrated CRM / ERP solution for all its operating areas (CRM, product management, tender procurement, reservations, orders & invoices, personnel & resource planning, agenda, staff management, fund management, credit management, accounting interface, cash register interface, and Web interface).
