It handles the management and control of program licensing contracts and rights, multiple channel support, TV listings, program inventory, post-production jobs, third party services such as dubbing and subtitling, commercial booking and scheduling, interstitial material inventory, promos, IDs, automation and more. Operating at two of HBO's sites, 4C-TV is vital, handling a database of over 10GB in Caracas, Venezuela and roughly 5 GB in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
